The Prime Minister is out visiting troops in Afghanistan. playing football and singing carols with Service personnel. Mr Cameron also took the opportunity to speak of the coming withdrawal saying, "This is draw-down based on success not on failure. We're confident it can be done while making sure Afghanistan does not return to become a haven of terrorism.
