Bank fines given to support the Armed Forces
The Chancellor has announced that the fines levied on banks for
attempting to manipulate the London Interbank Offered Rate benchmark are

MoD state their case following the Autumn Statement
There are several media reports on the reduction in the Defence Budget
announced during the Chancellor's Autumn Statement yesterday. In
response the MoD said: 'The budgetary changes mean that in 2013/14 and
2014/15 the MoD's resource budget will be reduced by approx £250m and
