Pay Recommendations expected

We are expecting the recommendations of the Armed Forces Pay Review Body (AFPRB) to be announced soon. Along with other public sector employees, the Armed Forces are restricted to a maximum 1% pay rise in this coming pay round and even that 1% it is not guaranteed. 2012 was the year X-Factor was due for its 5 year review, currently valued at 14%...More information »
